In Stock Items: When a watch is available in stock, this will be clearly indicated in the product description on our website. If you place an order for an in-stock item, you can expect your new watch to arrive within a few days, depending on your location and shipping speed.
Out of Stock Items: Even if a watch is out of stock, you can still place an order to secure your very own piece from the next available batch. The product description will specify if the watch is out of stock and will inform you that your order will be fulfilled as soon as more units are available. This means that your purchase helps us determine demand and directly influences the production of the next batch, ensuring we continue to produce watches responsibly and in alignment with our customer's desires.
Ordering Process: The process to purchase is the same whether the watch is in stock or out of stock:
- Select your watch and add it to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.
- If your watch is in stock, we’ll prepare it for shipment right away. If it’s out of stock, we'll reserve your watch from the upcoming batch and notify you once it’s ready to ship.
By ordering a watch that is currently out of stock, you are essentially pre-ordering from the next batch. This helps ensure that we don't overproduce and supports our commitment to sustainability and exclusivity.
